Mushtika Bandhana (Hand Clenching)
Sit in a comfortable position.
Extend your arm straight out in front of you so that it is parallel to the floor.
Fold your thumb into your hand and rotate your hand so your thumb side is up. Now make a fist.
Open your hand as you inhale and stretch your fingers.
Exhale as you make a fist again.
Repeat 8 times on each hand.
